Confirmed Service Customer
7 am appt but not taken until 7:30 am. Also assigned service advisor not there so assisted by someone else who seemed to be the only one dealing with customers and he seemed overwhelmed. Price high for routine oil change and tire rotation even with coupon. Called several times before appt to ask price and no one called back. Will be going to a different (and closer) Chevy dealer for next service who clearly publishes prices on their website.
