This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. The process was stress free. Armando Roque was a great salesman and Norge was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Very genuine and passionate about their work. Definitely coming back here again.

I will 100% recommend and share with everyone I know about the service and attention at Doral Chevy. Full transparency, full credit for this review goes to Lixaleth. She was helpful from the first day. Made sure I understood what was happening , why and when. Updated me without having to call in , I felt completely in touch and helped. I didn't worried about absolutely anything. From manufacturing warranty request all the way to the rental pickup, she went over and beyond. I've been to dealers from Pines to Homestead, FL and none come close to the service Lixaleth provided. And honorable mention to the guys from the shop who put in the sweat and hard work and had my truck diagnosed the same day I brought it in and had me back on the road as quickly as possible.

Wow! I am blown away by the attentive service I received at Autonation Chevrolet Doral. I bought a used vehicle with salesperson, Deyvis Fernandez, and he was always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The price was right on target and no phony added fees, or additional price hikes. The car needed a new battery, visor, and fog light replaced and Autonation Chevrolet Doral took care of it quickly. My assigned service advisor, Maribel Hernandez, was extremely cordial, attentive, and on task. She kept me informed at all times and expedited my service request. All in all it was a great experience, and I look forward to buying another vehicle from them in the near future. I highly recommend them!!

The wrost services I ever had I was transferred to this location because autonation on sw 8st was down for today when I first came to him and tell him my situation he instantly shut me down I have omega auto care who good cross the United States this guy who has lices crawling in his head refuse to Aknowledge my policy to get the service done I will never go back there or will I recommend anyone and my community to buy use service anything from this rude racist fool……🖕🏿Him in the hold autonation 1201 Nw 89th court
