I had an early appointment so things worked out fast and great staff help. The appointment phone call needs to be more friendly with out so many option's. If you need a service appointment press 1 and go directly to a service person and that's it. Other than that , a long time ago they used to give us free coffee and water while waiting in the service waiting room. Please bring that back it really does not cost you that much but it means a lot for us waiting and no we do not want to go up front to buy it. That's why we stay in the service area. Great place great people
