Confirmed Service Customer
My regular service writer, Luis Amador, was off the day I came for my service and the service writer that helped me was not good, his name is Luis also. Things started out good but after leaving the dealership I was not able to contact him and I had to get an UBER back to the dealership just to check the status of my Yukon was. I call Luis several times and sent texts with no response he just disappeared. When I got back to my office I noticed they had not rotated my tires but the service ticket said the rotation was done, this caused another trip to the dealership so they could rotate the tires. This was not a good experience for me and if I had to recommend the dealership based on the visit I could not do it. I will never leave my Yukon unless Luis Amador is there to take care of me.
